What is Coaching?
Coaching is an alliance of trust within a supportive, committed sacred relationship between coach and client based upon mutual respect, honesty, responsibility, creativity, accountability and commitment.
Coaching cultivates current thinking and therefore propels forward movement along the path of the client’s goals, potential, desires, and dreams. Coaching invites people to take positive action to improve their lives, make changes, increase self-awareness, overcome limiting beliefs and obstacles, reduce stress, achieve balance, and determine priorities.
Coaching is about making dreams and desires become realities.
